GROOVE ON THE GRASS RACEDAY AT HAWKESBURY RACE CLUB

Hawkesbury Race Club presents Groove on the Grass Raceday for the third consecutive

year on Saturday, 7 March 2026.

This year's raceday will be bigger than ever delivering a mix of live racing, popular DJs, food trucks and premium hospitality options.

A highlight on the Hawkesbury social calendar this event delivers a relaxed lawn party

atmosphere with entertainment headlined by saxophonist and DJ Nat Sax, supported by popular local DJ Matt Ellings, alongside great food, flowing drinks and a full race program highlighted by the $150,000 Provincial-Midway Championships Qualifier.

Last year was a victory for the locals in the qualifier with Darryll Kell's Mahogany Girl (pictured above) taking out the $150k race.

The popular Beats & Bites package priced at $66, also returns in 2026, hosted in the Ted McCabe

Room with DJ/MC Rusty from Smash ‘N’ Entertainment along with canapés, drinks voucher, digitalnracebook and private betting facilities.
